As we reach the first year checkpoint without John, we still terribly miss our son, brother, and friend. Over this last year, we have been able to do some incredible things in John’s name, including giving the first John C. Haney Memorial Fund scholarship away to Tommy McNamara last Thursday at the Fairview Park football banquet. To continue to inspire young people, help those that are sick, and prevent tragedy that too many have experienced, we will need to continue to work together. It’s OK not to be OK. You’re not the only one.
